With its simple white render and brick fa�ade, the modern, three storey Appart'City Saint Gregoire is located in a quiet suburb three kilometers north of Rennes town center, close to a commercial center and with good public transport links.
Apartments feature light wooden furniture and simple modern d�cor. All have fully equipped kitchenettes, private bathrooms and living areas with work desks, satellite television, Internet connections and direct dial telephones.
Guests can opt for continental buffet breakfasts each morning in the residence's breakfast room and relax in front of the television in the spacious lobby lounge. There is an information desk and dry cleaning and babysitting services are available. Guests with cars will appreciate secure parking on site. The residence is located near a commercial area with shops and supermarkets. Bus numbers 2 and 18 connect the residence with the town center. Rennes is 40 kilometers from Fougeres and Vitre and 100 kilometers from Saint Malo and the Breton coast. Rennes Saint Jacques Airport is 20 kilometers and about a 20 minute drive from the airport. A taxi from Rennes Airport will cost around 30 EUR each way.
Appartement will be cleaned at the end of your stay for all stays of less than 7 days. Appartement will be cleaned once a week for all stays between 7 to 30 days.

Reception Openning time From Monday to Thursday from 8.00am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 7.45pm. Fridays, from 8.00am to 12.30pm and From 2.30pm to 7.00pm Saturdays, From 8.00am to Noon and from 2.00pm to 4.00pm Closed Sundays and Bank holidays.
Check In Procedure Guest planning to check outside of the reception time, should please contact directly the residence no later than 1 day prior to arrival in order to arrange check in.

roundabout towards the town center. At he next roundabout

'Lycee Pierre Mendes France'. After 'Alcatel', turn left
into the hotel.
